Looking for a way to support your favorite Thespian?

Support your student and Vandegrift Theatre by purchasing a shout-out in the Playbill for the upcoming show! It makes a great keepsake for this year and beyond.

You do not need to be an artist. Provide the text and images that you’d like us to use, and we will take care of the rest. Shout-outs for High School Musical are due no later than October 9, 2025.

Purchase a Shout-out

FAQ

High-resolution JPG or PNG files are preferred.
The minimum recommended image sizes vary by shout-out size.
- Quarter page: 1024 px wide
- Half & Full pages: 2200 px wide
Please keep files under 10 MB.
- Use clear, bright photos — avoid screenshots or low-resolution social media downloads.
- If your images contain text, make sure it is not too close to the edges. (This is important to avoid things getting cut off in print.)
- If adding your own text, choose large, bold fonts — small script fonts can be hard to read in print.
- Send the highest quality version you have of your images. Don’t shrink the file to email it; use Google Drive/Dropbox if needed.
- Keep it simple — a great photo and a few words (“We love you, Emma! Break a leg!”) always look sharp!
We do! Don’t worry about design — just send the photo(s) and your message. Our team will handle the layout so it matches the rest of the program.
